ciğer kavurması
ciğer = hati (yang biasa dipakai hati kambing atau sapi)
Ingredients:
hati kambing atau sapi
minyak untuk menumis (atau lemak dari daging)
garam
Directions:
panaskan minyak lalu masukan hati dan taburi garam
oseng2 hingga hati matang
